Directions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook onion for 10min, until softened. Add in garlic and dried herbs and cook for 2min, until fragrant.
- Add in cooked veg and flour and cook, stirring, for 1min. Add in stock and plenty of seasoning. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 15min, stirring occasionally, until thickened slightly. Blend until smooth, if desired.
